"Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!"

"El Palmeral is a great little hotel. It is spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool and modern furniture. There is a cafe with food options and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a nice area closer to the old town, which suited us. Would definitely recommend it!"

"Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool."
