Excellent all round, no complaints whatsoever. Great location, staff and hygiene standards. Room very good with balcony and air con. Uk tv channels, everything you could ask for.

The location is fine
That hotel is clean
The rooms are clean but sheets have not been smoked for 2 days
There is no German speaking staff.
The food was catastrophic as you can see from the pictures
I booked full board but unfortunately there is no food
I had to eat outside
Book only overnight stay otherwise stay away.
Staff at Buffalo nothing friendly.
Staff at the reception very nice but they only speak Spanish.

Muy mala experiencia – no cumplen lo que prometen
Reservé una habitación en Hotel La Joya .me equivoque de dia , al minuto llame al hotel Un empleado llamado Jonathan, hable con el para cambiar la fecha me aseguró que era mejor la cancelaccion y que me devolverían el dinero. Sin embargo, ni me cancelaron la habitación ni me reembolsaron. He intentado comunicarme, pero no he recibido ninguna solución ni respuesta clara.
Me siento engañado y robado ,
Una total falta de seriedad y compromiso con el cliente. No lo recomiendo, y dudo mucho que vuelva a considerar este lugar.

This is amazing place to stay, staff are friendly, great food and drink options and in a great location. Our room was spotless and there was a huge TV with English channels on. The balcony was in a prime suntrap which overlooked the most incredible view of a carpark. We were always given complimentary drinks after a day in the pool which was a nice touch and the hotdog was the best I’ve ever tasted. The only thing that we found slightly weird was that there was a man named Dean Mike who came into our rooms at night, sat on a chair next to the beds and watched us sleep. We raised this to reception who explained it was completely normal and to leave him be, in the end he was no trouble at all and formed a nice bond with him.

Hotel was clean and tidy the beds were comfortable enough the pool was a decent temperature staff were always helpful, never tired the food and location was okay shops close by Indian take away and McDonald’s and some nice pastry places on the door step would stay again

Second visit to this hotel, stayed last year, we love it & great price, fab pool, in the middle of old & new town, about 10 minute walk to both & beach, bars on way, great pool bar & good food available at pool bar in day, supermarket right next door, rooms cleaned every day, breakfast was a bit basic but it was cheap when included in price & found something to have each day, we will be back
