€150 deposit taken upon check in, provided when checked out if room acceptable. No basic amenities provided, bring or buy your own soap in bathroom/fairy liquid for dishes. Windows and balcony didn’t shut properly and heating only went to 24 degrees so we were freezing every night - asked reception 3 times to help with this but this is highest it went. With high winds we had to put a towel between the window to stop it banging during the night. Walls quite thin as could hear next doors TV during the night. Other than this, good location to beach/strip and shops/restaurants

I went with my Mum and Friend to these apartments and had an absolute blast. I can honestly say the staff at this place are AMAZING, they are the friendliest and most helpful staff I have met when staying away on holiday. The blonde lady who was here majority of our stay was excellent and couldn’t do enough thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Sergio was an absolute star, my Mum lost her phone in the reception and left the apartment, he was ever so helpful and thankfully we got the phone back, we can’t thank you enough. A huge thanks to all the staff we have had an amazing time, stay smiling and don’t change. 😊

Extremely clean apts, very helpfull staff, the apts are very central yet very quiet at night, only downfall sun beds are very uncomfortable, you need something to put under your towel, or you will suffer with back pain possible the apts could rent cushion outs for beds, we are returning afurther twice this year but are looking for padding to bring with us for sun beds, (lilos make you to hot,) possible the management could review thehire of chairs or parasols around pool might be an advantage for customers as pool area is spotless and well maintained by pool man,

Treated very well rooms always cleaned the staff exremely helpful espiecally Hayley couldnt praise these aparments enough well recommended we were on tbe 19th floor but no problems with 2 lifts it was good swimmimg pools really good brilliant value also a night bar for a bedtime tipple

Wasn’t happy with the stay at all! I Came with my parter and 70 year old mother,my partner had to much to drink and caused a scene shouting, which yes is out of order, but the manager on the 24 hour bar in the hotel (the same one that asked us to leave) didn’t mind serving him vodka till 3am when he arrived nack at the apartment already drunk !! then in the morning had The audacity to basically kicked us all out including me and my mum with her luggage even though we was in bed from 10pm and do not drink! Our taxi wasn’t due till 6pm and the manager told us to ‘go sit in a pub or something’ so i had to find somewhere for her to sit seeing as her walking isn’t the best and she suffers with arthritis. Never Again. Bye.

Love this place, friendly helpful staff, great central location.Rooms clean, spacious, plenty of towels etc. We had an upgraded room with sun beds on the balcony😊loved it. The pool area is beautiful, immaculate & most of all gets full sun unlike most hotels in Benidorm. Thanks , will return when we are in Benidorm next time.Yes it doesn’t provide toiletries🤷🏼♀️who cares, we all bring our favourites surely🙄kettle & fridge & toaster in room & microwave plus hairdryer.Spot on👌🏻

Lovely clean basic apartment s they are good value with everything you need for a short break or a long stay in a good position with everything you need close by 10 minutes walk to sea front and all shops and bars and the market we stayed 28 night s and have already booked again for next year you do your own housekeeping unless you have a n upgraded room we liked not having maids in every day you just get clean sheets and towel every couple days from reception or when needed plenty of english tv channels and great free WiFi good hot power showers and very comfy beds you do have to put down a 150 euro deposit we did it in English money which is returned on departure .There's only 4 apartments per floor with huge balconies and good security as in cctv cameras 24hr reception and you have to use your room key to access the lifts which can be bit slow but nothing to bother about husband had a mobility scooter from amigos which is charged and parked in adjacent secure garage with a lift back up to apartment we have had a lovely stay here thank you vistamar see you next year

Had a wonderful stay clean apartments everything you need excellent manager and all staff so very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble the location was nice and quiet but not too far away from bars and entertainment supermarket next door very handy. Took a bus trip to Caple and a tram to Denia great scenery along the coast there are lots of places to go to on local transport

Stay here for my Birthday October 2024 for 1 week. Easy check in got there early our room was ready so they let us check in early which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spotless and a huge balcony. We were lucky and had great weather so used the balcony alot. Kitchen has everything we needed and again was spotless. Close to all the bars and resturants only short walk to everything. Returning on April 1st 2025 for a week have booked a premier room this time which are located 16th to 20th floor.
