Apartamentos Palm Court

Amazing, fab apartments, fab location and the best staff. Contacted them in advance to ask if they’d decorate the room for my mums birthday. They went above and beyond. Can not recommend this place enough, will 100% be returning.

6 of us spent 9 nights here in Oct, I requested a room in the shade on an evening & that’s what i was given. All staff are friendly & helpful, The food & drinks are good value & very nice. Ample space around pool bar ( pool was freezing tho ) Also a nice space in front of hotel to sit & eat or drink. Overall we all enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

Very good apartments with just a couple of niggles, the rooms are very basic which you can expect considering the price range the rooms are in but it was a shame they have a policy of switching off the air con at the end of September, our room 401 gets the sun all day and was like a sauna when we were there, the temperatures this last week which I'm not complaining about was between mid to late 20's, I even asked if I could pay to get it on but no. Beds very hard but overall we were happy with the room if you need an iron just ask they provided one for us, breakfasts good had one lovely evening meal there chicken filet chips and salad very good value and good quality, alas not the same another night when I ordered fish and chips very poor processed fish straight from a supermarket freezer. Drinks cheap 1.5 euro for a bottle of Estrella, nice pool area but hard plastic flat sunbeds, also pool bar not open. The staff are all friendly and because we had an early flight home before the kitchen was open they provided us with a small packed lunch to take to the airport. One other thing to consider, we booked the holiday independently and when I booked the apartment's they asked if we wanted them to book the transfers, which I thought great one less thing for me to sort out, but and this is not Palm Courts fault the company that did the transfers abas took far to long especially the return transfer, we got picked up 6.30am for a 10.30am flight 4 hours before the flight! for good reason as well it took almost 2 hours for the transfer, it picked up everywhere including over at Finestrat, all my transfers in the past have been under an hour, so will definitely not use abas again. Overall would we stay there again yes without a doubt

Just come back from benidorm palm court apartments was absolutely lovely from check in to check out nothing was too much trouble for the staff spotless and well maintained, Food absolutely delicious couldn't fault it

We stayed at the Palm Court Apartments in August 2024. We could not fault anything about this accommodation. We stayed in room 406 we were on the 4th floor and had a great view! No noise issues at all. Great location! Staff were so welcoming and friendly always making customers smile. We got breakfast and dinner a couple days in the downstairs kitchens, ones located at the pool and the opposite is at the bar downstairs. Bar out the front is great for people watching in the evenings. Pool is suited to all ages. Air Con in all rooms is great! I will definitely be recommending Palm Court to friends and family and we will definitely be returning ‼️

Had a lovely 5 night stay here. Basic but all you need is a bed and shower etc! The pool was fab everyday a lovely temperature. The food and drink was cheap and really nice too. The staff are extremely friendly here couldn’t be more helpful! The room had free aircon which was badly needed as it was 32 degrees most days! The ***** is only down the road and the beach is about 10 minutes walk away. The only thing is you need to leave a €200 deposit for damages etc I’d recommend leaving cash as it takes a while to get it on card. Good vibes all round and will definitely be back again!
