What a fantastic hotel it was so clean cannot fault the cleanliness.The view from our sea facing room was totally amazing the staff are friendly and helpful the young lady who serves in the breakfast room is a absolute jewel we had a truly lovley week here our first time to la cala we loved it that much we have already booked to go back next year

Hotel location was perfect, right by the beach. The hotel was spotless. All staff were very polite and friendly, especially Silvina at the breakfast counter. We had room 304, which had fabulous views. The only downside, were the 23 steps to the hotel. Ok for us, but not for those less able. Thanks for a lovely stay. P & B

Great hotel, fantastic friendly staff. Lovely clean hotel and maid service every day. Breakfast was great and the service top notch and super friendly (ladies name escapes me unfortunately). Literally on the beach too, so handy that as well. Close to many eateries and bars, nice and quiet too. Buses into central Benidorm regular too. Excellent

Amazing little hotel. Have booked to go back next year. Right on beach. Lovely on site restaurant . Great staff especially breakfast staff. Only downside is the steep steps up to reception. Really clean rooms with daily cleaning. Near to bus stop.

We would not stay anywhere else. Hotel L Cala is perfect. Great rooms overlooking the beech, friendly staff including the cleaning staff. The breakfasts are great and service brilliant.The hotel overlooked a busy clean beech and is surrounded by some great restaurants

Hotel La Cala was in a lovely position so close to the sea you can hear the waves from your sea view room. We had a great stay here over 2 days. The hotel staff were very welcoming, a special mention for the breakfast lady who was fantastic so too the housekeepers. Our room was beautifully clean the best we experienced in our 8 nights in Spain. We were also lucky enough to sample the hotel's on site restaurant Strat. The food was fabulous and a class above other dining experiences we had in the week. May be what you expect from the chef who was a winner of Masterchef professional -Claire Hutchings. Thank you Claire and Victor for a brilliant stay.
