Lovely hotel very central , staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Food was good plenty of variety,rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. The barman Remi was very friendly and polite, we would definitely recommend a stay here.

The hotel staff is very friendly. 1 minute away from the beach, bars, promenade. We were not accommodated in the hotel, but at the Alameda apartments, 2 minutes away, but we had the buffet, breakfast and dinner, which were excellent. I would definitely stay in this location!

Just got back from a 5 night break away. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Good food, fantastic location in the centre of everything. Clean, comfy beds and a great hot power shower! Lovely friendly staff! Bar staff make great cocktails too 😊 Returning in October.

Excellent hotel. Loved the location. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return. Our room was well maintained and cleaned daily. The bar staff were pleasant and provide an excellent cocktail. A five minute walk from the stunning beach.

Great stay , only stayed 2 nights but was lovely only disappoint room had no balcony, but not end world. For 2 night stay. Friendly staff great location. Would definitely come back , Breakfast was good to , and the roof too terrace is Lovely. ..

Excellent base for a city break in Benidorm. We had a room facing the street with bars, lovely balcony that had sun on it most of the day even though it is winter. All staff friendly. Breakfast really good - lots to choose from - relaxed atmosphere. Room clean modern and had a useful fridge (no kettle so take your own). Doors when closed cut off all the street noise below but we liked to sit out and listen to the hustle and bustle. Five min stroll from the prom, 20 min walk to the new town. Nice roof terrace.

Perfect location in the old town ideally situated. Room was clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent and water was really hot. The terrace on the 8th floor is lovely with rooftop views and a sea view, there are loungers and it was so peaceful up there. The reception staff were friendly and smart. We would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights in December Got a cheap deal half board and decided to go with friends . 4 of us ( 2 couples) Very clean bedroom and ensuite . Wardrobe with hangers inside and safe in room which we didn't use but I reckon there would be a fee to use it. Fridge in our room, which had a couple of bottles of water upon arrival . Ate dinner one night. Wasn't alot of choice but I'd say that was due to time of year . Food was not very warm also. Staff lovely, very friendly and attentive. Would return and would recommend. The location was perfect.
