This hotel is in an excellent location 2 blocks back from the sea, although it is a long walk to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and reasonably well equipped. No kettle or tea and coffee facilities, bit of a must for us Brits. Pool area was pleasant with enough beds and sun all day. We came down for breakfast on the first morning at 9.30 and it was absolute bedlam. Struggled to get a seat, it appears that everybody came for breakfast at the same time. On the last day we went down at 8.00 and was so much more pleasent. Food was good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very clean, tidy hotel. Room spotless, we paid extra for a pool view which guaranteed the sun all day on our balcony. Only 2 usable plug sockets in the room (others were used by TV and fridge) The walls were very thin, we could hear the man next door coughing overnight, luckily he left after a couple of nights. No kettle, I took my own travel kettle. Free safe. Could do with a personal reading light by the bedside, I always wake early, the wall lights were incredibly bright. The breakfast and evening meal was lovely, we thought the food was excellent. Staff were lovely too. Location was great for us. On the bus route to Altea, close to all entertainment, only half an hours walk to Old Town.

The hotel is amazing spotless and staff go above and beyond we had Christmas and new year here and attended both gala dinners manager of restaurant support for his team is amazing and always smiling and helping out with duties fantastic

A small of 6 turns into 26 a fantastic holiday . Food is top drawer with the staff being of the highest quality, nothing is too much trouble with all areas being clean and well maintained. The entertainment in such a competitive environment was high quality and we enjoyed it immensely . Rooms are a good size and very well presented. Highly recommended

Hotel and food are good. Would have given this a 5 star but ..... Bathroom door opens both ways and no lock. You can also see through the door so there is no privacy. The bar closes at 11.30pm. At breakfast time you can't finish your food bet your plate is taken away and you are constantly being watched

First time at this hotel.staff are friendly approachable and helpful. The rooms are spacious and we were fortunate to have a pool view. Bathrooms fine..shower was perfect. No faults here at all. The breakfasts are plentiful and good variety. Dinners the same..food aimed at the British palate mainly but plenty of choice. The hotel is located not far from the ***** but is quiet and seems to have clientele mainly of a certain age (,which suited us ). Entertainment at night was good and drinks in the bar were very reasonable Based on this trip I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quick check in and out. Staff very nice. Good breakfast. Great location. Fairly priced bar from memory. Rooms up to date with decent enough air con. Ticked all the boxes from our point of view albeit we never spent much time there. I would stay here again if the price was right though just based on the aforementioned.
