Hotel Servigroup Orange

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel, it is a lovely hotel, very clean and the staff are really friendly. It is placed well for going to the New Town. Rooms are great, we had a pool view, they also look over the pubs and clubs. We had booked bed and breakfast, the food is great and plenty of it. However, there is a negative point. You cannot take food or drinks out of the restaurant. Food, I can understand, however they won't allow you to take out drinks. Now I for one like to sit in the sun on the terrace after breakfast. It would have been nice to have a coffee there too. You can get a coffee at the bar, but that doesn't open until 10:00. I can understand them not wanting to let ceramics by the pool area. Maybe they could provide paper cups. You cannot bring food into the hotel, they have security at the door stopping guests bringing food in. Why ? Warning in the room, if you use your own travel kettle and it causes damage. They can make you pay for the damage caused. However, they don't provide kettles in the rooms. There is some noise at night from the pubs and clubs across the way. It is to be expected if you book a hotel with 100 yards of pubs and clubs. Overall a good stay, maybe they will take the point and provide paper cups at breakfast. They use them in the pool bar.

7 days solo package deal traveller , perfectly located for my needs . Extremely clean in all aspects Foods all top notch , even propper back bacon for breakfast My single room large enough for my needs , a huge shower with powerfull hot water all hours of the day and night .

This hotel I have no faults about, the rooms are comfortable the have bed, television, balcony, hair dryer, only thing missing the room had no kettle. Housekeeping every day. The hotel it self is spotless the food is really nice spacious pool area with pool table, food & drinks bar. Staff were friendly & helpful. I would recommend & will definitely return⭐️⭐️⭐️

very clean, location great, staff friendly and variety at breakfast was good. The major downside is the noise, the walls are very thin meaning you can hear neighbours toileting and snoring through the night. This coupled with local nightlife that goes on throughout the night and the fact that the hotel attracts party goers means it's loud non stop. Be sure to take earplugs as no amount of room changing would limit the noise levels in this hotel.

Great hotel, some noise from higher rooms shouting across the their friends on another balcony.i guess you can't buy class. Hotel great though, breakfast plentiful, freshly cooked, orange juice is freshly squeezed. Room clean and roomy. Staff lovely and pleasant. My only criticism is I asked for a high floor room,but was only given room 421. Which was disappointing.

Booked this hotel and really can not fault it.On arrival reception dealt with us very promptly.We was on the 6th floor with a pool view very nice.Our room was very clean the bathroom was nice with a walk in shower.A bonus was the safe was free never had this in any hotel we've stayed in in Benidorm.The room had a fridge in it but no coffee and tea facilities shame really as we like to sit on balcony and have a cuppa we knew this before we booked it .The food was great all our meals we had and we were full board were great nothing to complain about.The only thing was you didn't get a drink with your evening meal not even water which was a shame.The pool area was nice but only one side got the sun and on the same side it has a verandah with sun beds on which was a great sun trap but only had about 10 beds so you were lucky to get a bed up there. Overall we had a great weeks holiday and loved this hotel and would definitely visit again.
