Hotel Servigroup Venus

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

Whilst this isn't a review directly about the hotel, we would love to share some appreciation for one of your Jet2 representatives, George Tucker, the Resort Customer Helper at the Venus hotel in Benidorm! George provided outstanding support to our father/grandfather, Alan during his recent holiday in Benidorm last month. Unfortunately, Alan fell unwell whilst they were on holiday in Benidorm, and George stepped in immediately to offer his support whilst going above and beyond to assist. He regularly visited Alan and his wife, Dot, at the hospital, checking on their well-being, and ensuring they had everything they needed. In addition to his hospital visits, George also took it upon himself to personally make sure that some of Alan’s belongings were delivered from the hotel to the hospital, which was a great help to our family in a very stressful time. What really stood out was George's constant communication with our family back home, which gave us great peace of mind. He kept us informed with regular updates, offering reassurance and making sure we were always in the loop regarding Alan's condition. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. As a family, we felt completely reassured knowing that Alan and Dot were in such capable hands. George’s support made a difficult situation much more manageable, and we would be grateful if his efforts could be formally recognised. George’s efforts went far beyond our expectations, and we are extremely grateful for everything he did. Thank you George!

Just on our last evening of what has been a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel ! The rooms may seem a little dated but there is so much storage and it is spotless, cleaned daily to a very high standard .There is also a free safe and free WiFi and small fridge .The beds are extremely comfortable as well. There was a small problem with our first room as our neighbours constantly smoked on the balcony and the smell kept coming in our room so I asked in reception if we could move and without hesitation we were offered a new room, we were so grateful and the staff were very understanding.The pool area is really good with many beds and a huge TV that plays music videos .The food is lovely and has theme nights a few nights a week, it is all cooked to a really high standard with many options each evening. The most outstanding thing about this hotel has to be the staff from Augustus the maitre de to Florin the waiter and the chef on show cooking who cooks the best eggs ever and is always smiling, the restaurant runs like clockwork, and your used plates are never on your table for long ! Also many thanks to Wim on guest services who always had a smile and a kind word on passing.We have stayed in many 4 * hotels in Benidorm but this 3* hotel surpasses them all , we are hoping for a much longer stay next time , don't hesitate to book 😊

Great hotel well placed for Benidorm, excellent standard of cleanliness and great place to stay. We met multiple people who stay regularly and come back year after year. Just one word of note, bathroom door is full frosted glass, so not too discrete if your sharing a room!

This is the 2nd time at the Venus for a group of 10 ladies of various ages. We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic, a great selection too. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Rooms a bit small & not keen on bathroom door (we hang a long dress on the door) but didn’t stop us going back as the service is great, from reception staff to bar staff. Lovely pool area & great cocktails! Top tip - take an extension lead as lack of plug sockets without unplugging TV & no kettle so take your own. I’m sure we’ll be back.
