Hotels with Parking in Bentong

The hotel is so near to river. The river is so cold. The breakfast nasi lemak is soo good!!

Have used this hotel a couple of times. It is difficult to contact by phone as it is not attended to promptly. Prior stays were ok..rooms clean..sheets clean. Location is good and access to food is good. This stay wws rather unpleasant..based on my previous stays..i did not check the sheets and the next morning discovered that the dheets wete stained with traces of what looked likw blood. Maybe this was a rare incident..nevertheless keep up your good services

Friendly service staff, considerately solve the questions of foreigners. Although I don’t understand the language, the service staff is patiently waiting for me to use the mobile phone to translate and communicate slowly.

Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.

Room is small but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, the water flow of the shower and wash basin are very low..making washing and showering unpleasant .

Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary. Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it. Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment. Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum. Dining: Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The green drink at dinner is very delicious. I drank seven or eight cups in total. I strongly recommend it.

Stayed for 3 nights here and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is same as description, clean! Please note that hair dryer is not provided so please bring your own one.

First of all i would like to give 5star rating to trip.com because had offered us the cheapest hotel price till at first we thought it was a scam😅 but luckily its not😊 For erya by suria hot spring bentong, i would like to give overall 4star rating as we had so much fun there especially the kids.. It is so true that this hotel is kid friendly hotel and really good for those who want to have family time together without need to travel far away from KL❤

The hotel is centrally located with all amenities nearby. The receptionist who attended to us was friendly and helpful with information. There are also many food outlets nearby the hotel.
