Cleanliness: The hotel maintained exceptional cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness and sanitation made it feel very comfortable and reassuring.
Transportation: Located in the center of Benxi, there are direct buses to various nearby attractions, including the Shuidong Grand Canyon, which is very convenient.
Service: Attentive, from the front desk to the room service, it made everyone feel comfortable and happy.
Facilities: Newly renovated and fully equipped.
Overall impression: This hotel was a fantastic experience! Excellent value for money!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The environment was very comfortable, not noisy, and very relaxing. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, so I didn't have to look for anything else. I have to praise the front desk lady, Xiao Meng, the quick check-in and check-out assistant. She patiently answered any questions I had, and her service was exceptionally thoughtful. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless sheets, quilt covers, and the bathroom. I felt reassured. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
