The hotel staff is of high quality, professional service and high efficiency. From the parking lot brother I first contacted, to the front desk sisters, to the room sister, I can feel the extremely sincere service attitude. The front desk responded to my service needs very quickly, actively helped me solve the problem and there will be follow-up return visits. It can be seen that the employees really handed over and handled the problem, instead of just going through the motions. This is a sincere service that I can't experience in many five-star hotels. 2. The hotel is in a superior location, close to the railway station, located in the city, surrounded by shopping malls and square parks, and there is a night market street nearby at night, Yongfeng Pedestrian Street Bar, and many barbecue shops, which are suitable for walking. Although it is a bit far from the scenic spot, I think it is safer to live in crowded places in the city at night. 3. There are basic types of dishes for breakfast, the taste is good, and the fruits are also fresh. Thank you for the Dragon Boat Festival surprise given by the hotel. It is a very good experience. "Perhaps Benxi is a 5-tier city and therefore one shouldn't have too high an expectation of the hotel management over there. Nevertheless, if you wish to experience the nostalgic era of China (referring to Beijing or Shanghai first opening up its economy), then Yinyi Hotel may bring you some delight! First, you will be surprised to find a packet of condoms placed in the room. For once I thought that was a packet of poker cards! Next, the hotel will charge you for using their "non-slippery" slippers in the bathroom. I wasn't aware and used them, thus they charged RMB 25 from the deposit placed! Lastly, the hotel claimed their air-con is centrally controlled (at 26 degree Celsius). Your room can get very warm and stuffy at midnight! On a positive note, the hotel room is very spacious and the venue is near some good restaurants and a 24-hour bathhouse (with excellent "dongbei" bath culture)."

The location is easy to find, right next to the road, diagonally opposite the Benxi Bus Station, and very close to the high-speed rail station, with very convenient transportation. It is very convenient to get to Shuidong and Xiaoshiyizhuang. The hotel staff was very friendly and our requests were met promptly. "The hotel's location is great, and the capsule rooms have a cool design. The toiletries are also nice. However, the good hardware is let down by the poor software and service. The mattress still had its plastic protective film on, which made the bedding feel damp and crinkled loudly with every turn. For a hotel that just opened in 2025, it's surprising the faucet was wobbly and leaning to one side. The room phone was just a decoration; it wasn't connected, and I couldn't find an outlet for it in the room. What's most frustrating is the service. It was raining in the morning, and for a room costing over 800 yuan a night, there was no umbrella provided. I called the front desk at 8 AM to borrow an umbrella to go to the main building for breakfast. The front desk claimed all umbrellas were out and that they would send one once someone returned theirs. But no umbrella was ever delivered, even by check-out time at noon. When I had to brave the rain to check out, I saw staff delivering three umbrellas to guests in the neighboring cabin! I'm speechless. This is the first time I've encountered such terrible service, and I'm even more surprised it's a Greenland Group hotel. The two stars I'm giving are for the lakeside environment and the creative capsule concept."
