説實話，大過年的誰都不想弄得這麼不愉快，沒想到在旅行的最後幾天出幺蛾子了。我們在1月8號就預訂了房間，當時是定了28號到31號三天的房間，出於工作需求，我又定了一間不帶電腦的單人房，相當於一天4百多的房費，兩個房間。單人房我是一天一天的續住，工作人員表示讓我不要找攜程，微信給他轉錢，我也每天都按時續費了，。三人房在31號的時候到期了，我準備續費一直數到2月4號這個時候前台告訴我房間的預訂了沒有辦法續住，我一直認為酒店應該遵循着續租優先的原則，在房間被預訂之後告知上一位房客也可以詢問一下，我們是不是有續住的需求。而且我是每天按時的在微信上給的房費，咱也就不説在入住的時候沒有毛巾拖鞋，牙刷這些必備用品的事了，但我準備續租的時候前台突然説房間被預訂了一天，而且是在1月27號被預訂的，沒辦法續，已知我1.8定的28-31，打算續到2.4，一天單人138，三人334，447x7抵不過別人一天定了三人➕五人，要讓我們妥協換房間，大過年的，真鬧心，酒店用品不齊全，讓我微信直接付房費，我都已經做出讓步了，但是就一天房間的問題沒有辦法跟我解決，這年過得糟心～

非常不滿意，別的都不説了，就説退房的事情，十二點四十退的房，退房前十二點二十打了個電話，告訴我儘量快點，説太晚的話有可能會扣二十塊錢，但並沒有告訴我具體到幾點才扣錢，正常酒店一兩點退房很正常都不會扣錢，他們沒説清楚具體幾點就扣了，避坑吧大家，這店真的很不咋地

酒店位置位於市中心，交通很便利，服務貼心到位，應該是新裝修的，房間特別整潔，讓人倍感舒適。環境也很贊，最主要是超級乾淨衞生，價格親民，這個價格入住這麼好的酒店真的是超值，下次有機會一定再來。極力推薦！！！

住三天，房卡衹給做一天，每次上樓發現打不開了，還要下樓重做，結果又衹做了一天，導致房間也不是每天打掃，自己管前台要備品的時候還被質疑，房間隔音差，環境還行，就是這服務，讓人無語啊！
