I stayed during the Chinese New Year. I was very touched on the evening of the New Year's Eve. When I came back, I found that I sent a plate of dumplings 🥟 so warm ～. The service is warm, the room is clean and tidy, and the location is quiet.

Location is in the Center of the city. It is very convenience to go to anywhere. The room is decorated beautifully and service staffs are very kinds. The room is clean and new. The restaurant in it serves good food. However, there is no enough cabinet space for hanging clothes and store clothes for people who live longer the 2 days. We had to put our clothes within our luggages. No air conditioner to provide cold air in the early May. The room temperature is more than 25 degrees. If open air conditioner, the roof temperature reached 28 degree. It is too hot for us.

The Benxi Yizhishang Hotel where I stayed this time felt very comfortable. The location is easy to find, right next to the road, diagonally opposite the Benxi Bus Station, and very close to the high-speed rail station, with very convenient transportation. It is very convenient to get to Shuidong and Xiaoshiyizhuang. The hotel staff was very friendly and our requests were met promptly. The room was very comfortable, quiet and not noisy, and I had a good rest. There were also many types of breakfast, which was suitable for people who don't like to get up early. It was a good stay experience.

You didn’t have too many expectations when you chose it, so you won’t be disappointed or surprised. If you have a lot of expectations for the environment and facilities, don’t choose it to avoid disappointment. The reason why I gave the service five points is entirely because there is a security guard at the door (probably?) who has been seeing us since we checked in and asked where we wanted to go. He greeted us warmly every time. , quite heartwarming

The hotel is located in a remote location and can only be reached by crossing a large cornfield. It is not suitable to go there at night because the road conditions are really bad and there are no street lights along the road. The hotel itself is quite old and the floor tiles in the lobby are quite broken. The room is quite clean. The breakfast was cold and unpalatable🤐The front desk service was average and indifferent.

This is second time to visit this hotel, mainly for the fact that it is one of the few better hotels in Benxi and the only one with a swimming pool. The pool is not big, but enough to swim a few laps up and down. The adjacent gym is available, but unfortunately, according to hotel policies guests can only use the gym or gym+pool at the same time and not at different times like early morning and late afternoon or evenings. So the gym is pretty much abandoned, nobody uses it. The changing room is cramp and not very clean. Hot water from the showers is acceptable. Perhaps the two ladies and guy at the counter can do more to maintain the changing rooms rather than sit down all day playing with their phones. The guy waiting at the pool area acting as ”lifeguard” for a 1.3-1.5m deep pool is not necessary at all. The room we booked was fine. Warm, spacious and clean. The interior is clearly showing its age and we saw scratches on the bathroom door from years of sliding in and out. It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed for personal phones and tablets. The bathroom was surprisingly cramp, however the shower provided ample space. The restaurants and shops inside all looked closed inside the hotel so we visited a small shopping mall next door for food and groceries. For Benxi, it will be hard to find anything better because there aren't many options out there. This is why we'll probably come back again.

It was very new, but it had no smell. The deodorization was very good. The overall hotel design is very stylish and tonal. The original wood style design is very comfortable. The glass corridor from the first floor to the second floor gives a great feeling of space. The room recommends a large sunny bed with a private bath and the water is very good and hot. The water is filled quickly, the room is large, the bathroom scent is good, and the whole house is smart and modern. It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and treats every guest very polite and friendly. The manager who should be a short-haired man is very considerate in handling our room upgrade. Among the girls, we needed some cleaning tools, and we found help to deliver them. I have stayed in many hotels in the Northeast on business trips, and I feel that the overall hotel quality is four-star or above. The Yiyi and Atour All Seasons are in the same echelon. I will come back to Benxi next time.

There is a clear stream outside the courtyard wall. When you open the door in the morning, the sound of gurgling water and birdsong is very healing. The most important thing is that this B&B really gives people a feeling of coming home, and the service is very warm and thoughtful. Taste in the world is happiness. Everyone must stay at this hotel when coming to Benxi. I sincerely recommend it.
