Just perfect! Simply perfect! What a fantastic appartment in Bergen. Tv box didnt work, was fixed wirhin an hour. All clean, new, comfy beds! Ciry center in 10min walking distance, therefore nice and quite.

A very comfortable stay Overall a really good stay. Apartment was spacious and comfortable in a good location which was quiet but not too far from the centre and local attractions. Only issues we had was a problem connecting to the Wifi which took well over 24 hours to receive a reply to our query and a couple of things would have made our stay even better, for example, a small shelf in the shower would be useful for toiletries and a kettle that doesn't spill! There were good amounts of essentials provided such as soap, toilet tissues and salt and pepper. The sofa is comfortable and the rooms are spacious and light.

I will start with the only negative (because everything else was fabulous), we were made wait for around 40 minutes for the access code to the building. Not a big deal, however if you have been travelling since 5am that morning, check in is at 3pm, and you have notified the managers/owners via email of your arrival time-then you expect an access code at 3pm. Why wait?? That, I do not understand? We were tired, my companions were not happy and it was a stressful wait standing on the street waiting for a reply via email (we have esims, so just data). Everything else was EXCELLENT!! The apartment, location, facilities, decor-everything else was really lovely. Bear in mind if you have bad knees or mobility problems, request something on the ground floor as the stairs are quite steep.

Would stay again. Great location. Very cosy. Well serviced.
