"The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I was trying to use a luggage delivery service to Oslo but completely forgot that I needed to drop off my bags at the front desk by 6 AM. When I went to the front desk after the deadline, they quickly and efficiently helped me by calling the delivery company and trying to sort things out. Unfortunately, the delivery service had already left, so my luggage had to be sent the next day. However, they handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism, never once showing any annoyance, and for that, I'm truly grateful. The room was also spacious and clean, and the amenities were excellent. If I ever come to Bergen again, I would definitely want to stay here."
