Ibis properties in Berlin

The room has enough space to hang clothes and is generally clean. The only downside is that the bathroom door cannot be closed. There is no refrigerator and water provided, which is a little inconvenient. The front desk was polite and willing to provide environmentally friendly tableware.

Hotel location is good, the room is relatively large, relatively clean, the overall price is good, there is no air conditioning. The hotel is also close to the subway, very convenient to travel, to Berlin's various attractions are very convenient.

Small but decent hotel for price conscious guests! The room is quite small that we couldn’t barely open two large suitcase. Yet, all the facilities and furniture you need is well equipped, clean and tidy. Perfect location that just a cross to the train station, where you can find all the light food and groceries! Would stay in this hotel group in the future!

Bettina made life so easy. She was very empathetic and kind. This made my over 15 hours flight worth it. The rest of the staff also were very friendly. The hotel was also really nice and quaint. I will definitely come back here.

The room was small, it was clean, and the shower was not smooth. Hotel service has no special impression. Below the hotel is the shopping mall, it is more convenient to buy things to eat.

It's just average, so it's hard to rate. The transportation is good, making it easy to get around, and there's a tram stop. The room facing the street was noisy. The front desk staff seemed unskilled. A man told me I hadn't paid the city tax when I checked in. I said I had, and he asked me to show him proof. I tried to find it, but when I tried to find it in Chinese, he said he couldn't understand Chinese. I showed him the booking receipt, but he said no, he needed an English invoice. ”Okay, I'll take my time looking for it.” I called Ctrip customer service, which I give a thumbs up for being very responsive. The receptionist told me to get out of the way and look in the back, where there weren't any other guests waiting. A little later, he came back and said he was sorry he'd noticed I'd paid the city tax. The stay was pretty average. The room was filled with a strong, stinky aroma, which definitely wasn't a scent. I put up with it for two days. The only good thing was that there was a Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant nearby, and the congee was delicious! It was a welcome relief for a Chinese resident.

The twin room I booked was the same as the picture, the area was OK, the front desk could help me store my luggage, there was lemonade, and I could buy food. There were subways and buses around, and the location was right next to the Berlin Central Bus Station

Good location, small rooms but basic facilities and clean. It is convenient to travel, there are many attractions around, and the airport is about 26 Euros. The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.
