"Had a wonderful stay at Estrel Berlin Hotel, the reception staff was super helpful from the first night when I arrived offered a complimentary breakfast as the room was not what I asked for and the next day I was upgraded to a mini suite as I was awaken by the fire alarm in my room. Very pleasant and the breakfast was a good buffet was all you could think of which half the time to eat 4 items but good for choice and the eyes to see. Whilst visiting Berlin I lost my cellphone and the front desk staff went all out to assist me until I was able to contact one person to know I had no phone, for that I give them 10/10 - thank you so much for all the attention you gave me and made sure I was comfortable in your hotel. Thank you."

"The location is great; however, the reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. There is no kettle in the room, which makes the stay less convenient, although hot water is available from the bartender at the lobby. I must say the bartender was very friendly and had a great attitude. The room is very basic. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located, less than three minutes from Berlin Train Station."

"The hotel room was very spacious. Even though I booked a twin room, they actually gave me three single beds. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It's also very convenient with a tram stop nearby."

"About 12 minutes walk from the subway entrance. The room is clean, large space, complete facilities, slightly poor sound insulation, and you need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. Check-in at the front desk was inefficient and there were long queues of people waiting. The staff who gave me check-in first worked on what I had at hand, and made me wait for a long time. I asked her when she could check in and she told me to wait and I missed the appointment to visit the Capitol Dome. When checking out, another staff member was very welcoming and efficient."

"Facilities: It is in an apartment building. The entrance is relatively hidden. It is a bit far away from the main attractions. It is a remote place in the city center. The room is large and there is a kitchen. Hygiene: OK, but the trash can is relatively hidden Environment: Not facing the street, very quiet Service: Not very good. Even if there is paper on the floor, they don’t clean it. They just make a bed and change bath towels every day."

"There is a subway station at the door and a bus stop at the corner. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the central train station and Brandenburg Gate. The location is convenient and the soundproofing is good. It is not noisy even if you live on the third floor facing the street. There is a good German restaurant nearby."

"Very good core location, no noise. The room is high, the design is reasonable, with a separate bathroom, dry and wet separation. There is a cabinet with a door card lock in the room, which is very safe. The front desk helped us arrange a room with a girl in the absence of a girl's dormitory according to our requirements. "Very small room, no wardrobes, no street view, just an inside patio. they do not respect your choice of one bedding (we selected one big bed, got two instead). No refrigerator or minibar. Breakfast was ok, no ammenities (not even shampoo or gel, just one for both things) Rug was not clean, a disapointing experience overall."
