I stayed here for 5 nights for the Berlin Marathon. I would have to say that overall I was very comfortable at this hotel. Yes it's a few kms away from the famous sights but the it's really easy just to jump onto the U5 line directly outside the hotel and it will bring you directly to the Brandenburg Gate in less than 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel were all kind, warm and friendlyl. Many spoke excellent English. The deco of the hotel had a cool vibe about it. Berlin is an amazing City that needs to be visited.
The room is perfect for solo travellers and spotless clean. The only real negative comment I could make was no kettle in the rooms and the temperature of the shower needs to be a little higher.
Other than that I really like this hotel and they run a good business.
Nice hotel in Prenzlauer Berg. The rooms are clean and quiet big. The hotel is located close to the Tram and the Ringbahn. So, it’s a good departure point for discovering Berlin.
This hotel is nestled in a quiet forest. There was an issue with the coffee pot and coffee creamer, but the way they handled it was satisfactory. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the price was quite affordable for a hotel of this caliber.
The breakfast was so wonderful and healthy! (Muesli / fresh grains / fruit... wholemeal bread & rolls))
Unfortunately I couldn't try all the good things

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.
This hotel met and exceeded my expectation especially the front desk (sayed and the team) and restaurant staff who did a great job reflecting their hospitality, friendly and caring nature. I love that the staff is coming from a variety of backgrounds which made our stay very interesting and warm. Our children were treated so nice and generously by the staff and even had free breakfast. Food is great and even they served champaign and smoked salmon on new year breakfast. Metro station is right there and the airport is almost 20 minutes by the metro and train. Thanks for your professionalism and hospitality.
