My experience was horrible. First of all we arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room that someone was staying in so we had to change , I met a couple in the elevator and she told me the same thing happened to them . Secondly there is no pool even though pictures clearly show the pool , the general feeling of the hotel is underwhelming rooms are not up to date ( maybe good enough in 2005 ) , service is not up to standard for what you expect from a Sheraton . Overall I think it’s good enough but not what you pay for , not what you expect from a Sheraton hotel

Overall not bad,can’t get a coffee on sunday before 11am at bar…just one small water for 2 people and for 2 days in the room… and not refunded of the deposit (100€) after one month.Not 5 stars quality

Stayed for 6 days, breakfast didn't change much, easy to get tired of it, located in the city, but without the noise of public transportation system, relatively quiet and clean environment, facing the stream, you can see geese swimming in the water, the only free bottled water needs to be shared Asking for it at the front desk is sometimes not smooth.
