This hotel came recommended by my now retired travel agent. Not as good as some of her previous recommendations. But still centrally located. Close to all types of trains. Surrounded by places to eat. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Provided a fan which was good given temperatures when i was there. It’s an old building but well maintained. Breakfast was very good

Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff. We booked the hotel for a school camp and I saw some other student groups, too. I would therefore rather advise groups to book here as the students can be a bit disruptive at night. Only thing I'd change is offer groups a common room where they can meet to play cards, chat etc.

The hotel was a big disappointment. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Even the towels were old and worn with frayed edges. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. We all know there are a lot of simple solutions to remove mold. You could’t look through the windows because of all the dirt. We didn’t dare to have breakfast in the hotel because of the dirt. Price- quality performance ratio was very very low. They were not fair. They said when we artived at the hotel there was only a smalle renovation. You have to tell this before and be honest about the fact that the whole hotel is a construction pit. There are a lot of hotels with a good price quality ratio in the area.

Very nice simple hotel for weekend or 2-3 days stays breakfast is excellence. The hotel location is also top staff is very friendly and helpful.Rooms are a little bit small but it's ok location is at Kurfürstendamm nice restaurants and bars, shopping availability

Traditional Berlin hotel. It is an old renovated building that reminds us of the old Berlin before the two world wars. The rooms have high ceilings. The breakfast buffet is very good and varied.

Central location, very close to a bus and subway stop. Nice building, but the elevator doesn't go to the room floors. You necessarily have to walk up a long flight of stairs and with luggage it is not comfortable. Comfortable single room. No water is made available.

I stayed in this hotel with a group of 40 students for an educational trip. The property, not far from Kurfürstendamm, is in a quiet and elegant area. The major places of interest are easily reachable by bus or metro (nearest station a few minutes walk). The rooms are nice and well furnished, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. Thanks go to the staff, who were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed in this hotel for a school trip, total disappointment. From the photos on the internet and the reviews we thought it was a completely different place but unfortunately it turned out not to be that way. Provision of only one towel per person, not changed for three days. Dirty uncomfortable room is very noisy. The rooms are not cleaned daily. Abundant and practical breakfast even if it lacks hospitality. Cold and not always very friendly staff
