The hotel is clean and offers an acceptable comfort. It's a hotel Garni. The location is not ideal for visiting Berling as it is far from the centre and the tourist attractions. For guests who want to stay in Köpenick-Treptow or on the Müggelsee it is a worthwhile option. The hotel lies at the Marina on the Spree River. A workshop for ship repairs and a restaurant are located in the same compound. The rooms on the ground floor have no view as it is blocked by a hedge. The rooms on the first floor have a good sight on the Marina and the Spree River. The rooms are spacious with new furniture. The bath room is bright and fresh. Wi-Fi is free of charge and worked flawlessly. The breakfast is coming with a decent selection, but a good German breakfast would have been something else. Scrambled eggs in a food warmer were available, but freshly cooked eggs were not offered. There were no Croissant or Danish pastries, perhaps they were already gone. In the compound is the restaurant Windrose, serving local German cuisine. The restaurant was deserted on 07:30 PM. There were hardly any guests. The next restaurant is situated 5 minutes drive away. Taken into consideration all the positive reviews, my impressions were below the expectations.

I had the great fortune of choosing to stay at this lovely family run hotel. My room was delightful; well appointed, quiet, with french doors opening to the terrace. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. I was able to easily organise bicycle hire and cost effective laundry services. The tram stopped immediately in front of the hotel, making it easy to access the Central hub of Berlin. The shops, boutiques and cafes of Friedrichshagen were within easy walking distance. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts catered to a wide variety of diets; and breakfast could be enjoyed outdoors in the garden. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to solo women travelers needing a relaxing and stress free break. And the local cat was very welcoming.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel in schöner Umgebung. Ideal für Wassersportfreunde. Aber auch Radler haben ihr ein sehr gutes Ziel. Wir waren auf Radltour rund um das DFB-Pokalfinale hier und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein toller Service (separater abschließbarer Radabstellbereich), richtig gute Küche und ein ausgiebiges Frühstück. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür ermöglicht dann sogar, weder Rad noch Auto zu nutzen.

Pro: -Sympathischer und netter Service und Empfang -Schönes großes Zimmer -Super Preis -Ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht -Sehr sauber -Alles vorhanden -Gute Parkmöglichkeit -In der Umgebung ist alles was man braucht Kontra: -Das Bett hat leider zwei einzelne Matratzen statt eine große. Die Matratze ist deshalb immer wieder verrutscht, was nervig war. Fazit: -Immer wieder gerne!

Die Lage an der Spree toppt alles! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ein angenehmes Klima dort. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist opulent - großartig! Im benachbarten Restaurant bekommt man bei Vorlage des Hotelschlüssels 10% Rabatt. Die Bäder sind modern, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr solide. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Auf unserer Reise durch den Nordosten Deutschlands, haben wir hier drei Nächte übernachtet und sind angenehm überrascht worden. Nach der problemlosen Buchung acht Monate zuvor, wurden wir kurz vor unserer Reise nett kontaktiert, ob es noch irgendwelche Sonderwünsche gäbe. Der Empfang war freundlich und professionell, unsere zusätzlichen Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Zimmer zur Spreeseite war geräumig, schön eingerichtet und hatte ein großes, gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Bad. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm - nicht zu weich - mit großen komfortablen Decken. Wir waren dankbar für den fest installierten Insektenschutz an der großen Tür zur Spree, denn abends wurde es an der Fensterscheibe doch recht lebendig. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und umfangreich, es wurde auch laufend nachgelegt. Obwohl wir bei der Anreise darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass Corona-bedingt nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt werden könnte, hatten wir jeden Tag Zimmerservice. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist mit einer Tram-Haltestelle vor der Tür sehr gut.
