Basic but clean hotel in a good location in  neukölln. It’s more like a hostel than a hotel, there is never anybody at the reception. So better have a cell phone ready to contact anyone if you need assistance.  when I arrived in the evening (you can check in until 10 pm) nobody was at the reception to open the door and I didn’t have a cell phone.

After a little back and forth at check-in and the associated waiting time, the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made up for it. Otherwise: very clean room, open kitchenette, good WiFi, everything was fine!

The staff scolded us when they found a small stain in our sheet, which resulted in them not letting us store luggage in the luggage room on the day of departure. Storing luggage was something said we would have access to. Overall rude staff on day of departure.

No help and emati from the employee of the facility. We spent the night at the airport. He did not want to help us in any way to check in after 22. Remember to be punctual. If anything, you will stay on the street like we did. And in the description on the TripAdvisor page there is a 24-hour check-in availability.
