Great location, great amenities, super comfy bed. The code access is simple and you don't worry about losing keys. The building is about 10 min walk to Ostkreuz station and has several tram stops right outside, so it's very easy to get anywhere around the city. Boxhagener Platz is a wonderful area, lively area, with lots of bars and restaurants and markets on the weekend. The apartment was really nicely decorated and fitted with everything we needed for our stay. Also had a great terrace.

Lovely apartment, beautifully designed, clean and conveniently located. Supermarket over the road, tram stop outside, quiet to sleep (very limited road noise, windows are good), comfortable beds, fully controllable heating/AC. Literally everything was perfect and as pics. 10/10.

First of all, I stayed in a room with a noisy and disgusting ventilation issue that ran 24/7 (even at night, even when everything was turned off). It was almost impossible to relax, and getting used to it was out of the question. I contacted their 'support', and they kept saying they would fix it "today," then "tomorrow," and then "next week." I wasn’t offered ANY compensation or solution or a room change. To make matters worse, they are incredibly annoying - their bots spam you on WhatsApp, Airbnb, and even through their own app, constantly "asking for feedback." But when it comes to actually solving an issue, they’re completely useless. There were even sneaker marks in the shower. Sure, it’s cheap for Berlin and has its perks - if you are happy to not have issues in the room. But honestly, it’s better to avoid it :)

Great location for clubbing, walking distance of berghian and watergate. Some cool bars and restaurants in area. Lots of vinyl shops and cafes etc. Super easy to check in and check out. Quiet and clean with all necessary facilities in Apartment

Numa Boxer didn't reply between the day I booked the room and one day my arrival. But of course they took my money. The day before my arrival, they sent me a message saying that the house opening was not ready and had to be postponed for technical reasons. They offer to rent me another room in another place with 30% discount. But when i called in order to accept this offer because i was already in Berlin (coming from France), the man on the call was awful. He didn't ask for informations, i had to guess what he needed but he was not answering at all. He just let me talk, and he was just silent at the phone and just say that he will call me back. After 30 silent minutes, i called back and he just told me "I can't offer you the 30% discount and i don't have the room we talk about in the message. Please cancel your reservation (meaning I will lost my money, around 250euros), go on NUMA's website in order to book another room by your own". NEVER AGAIN, DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM !!!!!

Place is really nice, room I was in was small, but cozy. There is a vegan brekfast avaiable, which is really nice. Service is very helpful. Sadly, I was unable to sleep well, waking up by many sounds of cleaning rooms in the middle of the night, street and even snoring from next room.

This hotel is located very close to Ostkreuz train station which made commuting to/from the airport super easy. The room I had was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable and all of the staff I interacted with were very warm and helpful. I have no complaints, and plan to stay again!
