Very good. Everything perfect. Gladly again. Mega location at Lake Dämeritz. Large room. Super Service. Next time I'll stay a few days longer to relax and drink a few more beers. Also suitable for families and seniors. Everyone will find fun here, I'm sure. It's best to book via trip.com and everything is safe.

The DameritzSeehotel was a big disappointment. The 2 very narrow beds sit together in the center of the wide room; when I leaned back on the bed to read, the entire bed squeaked. There wasonly 1 pillow per bed. There was no safe in the room. There was not a coffee pot or kettle in the room. There was a multi-purpose soap/shampoo that caused my skin to itch terribly. I had to go to the nearby drugstore to get shampoo, soap and body lotion. The breakfast buffet, an additional 15 euro per person, was already depleted of cheeses at 9:30 am. There were no coffee or tea cups at that hour. We ordered scrambled eggs - they were good but it took 20 minutes toget them. We asked for a room that faced the lake but were given one that faced the street. The staff was nice. The management doesn't seem to care about the customer. Not recommended

Wir waren schon sehr häufig in diesem Hotel, weil es uns, trotz durchwachsener Erfahrung in Sachen Personalfreundlichkeit, gut gefällt. Gerne wird man erst gar nicht gegrüßt, weil Gespräche untereinander wichtiger sind. Egal, der Kellner an den Abenden und auch die Kellnerin am letzten Abend sind Schätzchen und machen vieles wett. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein Minizimmer, obwohl nur sehr wenige Gäste im Hotel übernachtet haben. Da hätte man uns, aufgrund der Häufigkeit unserer Übernachtungen, etwas entgegen kommen können. Das Schlimmste war aber, dass sowohl im Bett als auch im Bad jede Menge schwarzer Haare zu finden waren. Von uns konnten sie nicht sein. Im Übrigen war das Bad eh ziemlich ungepflegt. Momentan wissen wir nicht, ob wir uns nicht eine andere Unterkunft in Berlin suchen werden.

Lage top, Essen top, Personal top! Was will man mehr! Der See direkt vor der Tür und dann noch ein hauseigener Bootsverleih! Hier kann man echt entspannen und richtig gut essen! Und wenn der Kellner am Abend dass noch zaubert, dann sind alle glücklich!
