Quando cheguei para check in estava tudo fechado, falei por intercomunicador com alguém que referiu nao haver quartos disponíveis, mesmo eu dizendo o ID de reserva que o staff me tinha enviado por mail, foi recusado. No entanto se pagasse 1000€ arranjavam quarto, muito mau. Nunca me tinha acontecido semelhante. Mesmo o atendimento por intercomunicador foi rude, desaconselho vivamente o Eberty Berlin
