Stayed in August. The bath and toilet were especially old in an old hotel.
There is no air conditioner, but unlike Japan, it was not as tight as I thought. There is no hair dryer, so women should bring their own.
We think whether it is appropriate when we think about Beverly Hills because location is very good.
If you check out early in the morning, please contact us in advance. No one seemed to be there before 9:00.
The lady at the reception was friendly and the service was good.

One of the most satisfying hotels in Los Angeles, a little-known restaurant on the first floor. The food is amazing. I’ve never been there. I really didn’t know there was such a treasure restaurant hidden here.
The room facilities are good and new. The internet is great and the bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Toiletries need to be requested and not provided proactively.
The room cleaning was very timely and attentive.
The location is great, just off Rodeo Street, a few minutes walk away.
The only drawback is that the floor is low, close to the road, and a bit noisy.

It was the worst hotel.
I stayed because it was the stage of Pretty Woman, but I am dissatisfied. Arrived by UBER from the road side.
There was a bellboy, but he didn't even help me unload my suitcase from the car.
I'm just standing there blankly. Even though I checked in after 16:00, there was no twin bed room that I had reserved. When I complained, I was told to wait for 20 minutes, so I reluctantly went to the front desk.
I decided to wait on the sofa next to it, but it didn't come to tell me that the room was ready even after 30 minutes. When I asked what happened to the front desk, they said that they had forgotten about it, and I didn't even think they were apologetic. I had a cup of tea at a stylish restaurant on the first floor with a view of the outside, but even if I asked the guide to pay the bill, he wouldn't move. After 20 minutes, the fourth person finally paid the bill. I received the lowest treatment even though I stayed at a super luxury hotel. On top of that, the hotel union was on strike, and from 6:00 in the morning to noon, we put up placards in the hallway of the hotel and shouted drums and shouted loudly. It's noisy and I can't relax.
In the room, there was a notice paper and earplugs saying that the strike would cause trouble. The strike seems to have no end in sight. If I knew there was going to be a strike, I should have informed them before my stay and had canceled it. Even though I paid a high price, it turned out to be the worst trip ever. I think I was clearly racist from the front desk, bellboys, waiters and other hotel staff. Because they were amiable to white customers.
Employees working in such a hotel understand the feeling of wanting to strike.

The location of the hotel is good, and the attitude of the front desk is good. Other than that, it's really nothing special, and the price/performance ratio is not high. There is a small pool, but no gym. Breakfast is a la carte, not including tips, it is basically around $26, and the price is medium. But the service is not good, an old man who often orders wrong orders, and a young man who moves very slowly, if they can't wait for their service, they have to go there by themselves.

The experience was average
- The room on the third floor faces the staff passage, and there will be clinking noises after dark; there will also be sounds of things being moved from upstairs
- There is no view after opening the window, just a street, and there is a smell of cigarettes
- The hotel is relatively small, the building is relatively old, and the elevator does not require a card
- Because of the time difference, the sofa bed needs to be unfolded in the evening, and it takes two or three people to make the bed every time
- Fruits were delivered for a few days, but bottled water was not delivered every day
- When checking out, I found that the parking fee of $70 was deducted for 2 nights; we did not bring a car and had no visitors, and the front desk called Valet to confirm before canceling the fee
- There was a large clump of hair in the cloakroom of the room, and no one cleaned it

Who gave a bad review to Waldorf? I almost booked another hotel because of the bad review. Fortunately, I chose Waldorf in the end, otherwise I would feel like I lost 100 million 😂😂 Such good service, such a good environment, such good facilities. The restaurant on the first floor is also super delicious. The top floor is just so-so. I will only stay at Waldorf in the future.

The hotel faces Beverly Hills and is a 15-minute walk to Rodeo Drive, although the side of the hotel is under renovation. I asked the front desk to give me a room with a good location, and he did it. Every waiter was very sincere and enthusiastic. This is a very professional hotel. Thank you for giving me a wonderful experience
