Who gave a bad review to Waldorf? I almost booked another hotel because of the bad review. Fortunately, I chose Waldorf in the end, otherwise I would feel like I lost 100 million 😂😂 Such good service, such a good environment, such good facilities. The restaurant on the first floor is also super delicious. The top floor is just so-so. I will only stay at Waldorf in the future.

Hotel location is very good, the bed is soft and moderate. Valet parking is available for $45 a day.

The food is probably my favorite. It's just wow ! The location is amazing it's nice and cozy and only blocks away from rodeo Dr.

The hotel faces Beverly Hills and is a 15-minute walk to Rodeo Drive, although the side of the hotel is under renovation. I asked the front desk to give me a room with a good location, and he did it. I had a cup of tea at a stylish restaurant on the first floor with a view of the outside, but even if I asked the guide to pay the bill, he wouldn't move. After 20 minutes, the fourth person finally paid the bill. I received the lowest treatment even though I stayed at a super luxury hotel. On top of that, the hotel union was on strike, and from 6:00 in the morning to noon, we put up placards in the hallway of the hotel and shouted drums and shouted loudly. It's noisy and I can't relax. In the room, there was a notice paper and earplugs saying that the strike would cause trouble. The strike seems to have no end in sight. If I knew there was going to be a strike, I should have informed them before my stay and had canceled it. Even though I paid a high price, it turned out to be the worst trip ever. I think I was clearly racist from the front desk, bellboys, waiters and other hotel staff. Because they were amiable to white customers. Employees working in such a hotel understand the feeling of wanting to strike.
