The Nook

We chose the Nook based on the pictures of the rooms and the value it offered for the price. I am glad to say that the property did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, well lit and recently painted. We had king size bed, a comfortable mattress, tea and coffee setup with kettle, all of good quality and clean crockery. The bathroom was clean but had a few stained floor tiles. The property has a rooftop restaurant with a nice vibe. Food quality was very good. Staff was super friendly and courteous. I was surprised that they cleaned our room when we went out. This service is not offered in budget hotels. The only drawback is that they don't have a lift, so may not be suitable for the elderly. It's located in a residential area and Google maps also took us to the wrong lane. I would highly recommend this property if you value a clean and hygienic room. I would say a 3 star experience on a budget. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bhubaneswar.

Hygienic and big room to stay with good customer service. But lighting in the bathroom was not good.

Rooms are comfortable and well kept inhouse restaurant cuisine was average service needs improvement

They asked for extra money saying only room available in ground floor, not upper. Lying people on pretext of earning more money.

Ac was not in working condition. Very less staff. Has converted house into hotel. No bathing gel in bathroom.

Bottom side of the bed was not clean. Water leakage from the side wall. No soap was given.
