Pros: Close to train station, equipped with small kitchen, friendly and helpful staffs
Cons: Reception constantly unavailable, International roaming calls for hotel service (booking issues / laundry) probably costs more than the room itself, TV suddenly turned on at 1am

Trotz des ausgehängten Schildes „Zimmer reinigen“ wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt.
Das Check-In Gerät ist zu hoch so dass jeder Fremde (theoretisch) bei der Eingabe der persönlichen Daten über die Schultern abgucken könnte.

This place is comfortable, well located and great value. The bedding is high quality along with the shower, towels and wifi. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They helped us to use the guest laundry which had a dryer as well. Also our friend had booked in at a really dodgy hotel that we didn’t feel was safe so she crashed out on the comfortable lounge in our room which also had a table, two chairs and a fridge and mini kitchen. The next day the friendly staff were very understanding and allowed her to stay the next night as well for a small additional fee. Love this place.
