They are directing you very well so you can manage entry to hotel, check-in / check out even if you are not a Gen-Z :) by email and than whats app. I dont know how the support if you face any problem. Room is very clean, there is kitchen and kitchenware. Complimentary coffee and tea are really good quality. Blackout shutters 👍 Breakfast is at bakery, back of the hotel. Not typical breakfast but more than enough as you can choose 2 sandwiches and coffe / tea. They were really delicious. For the room my only doubt was about the sound insulation but i dont have enough reliable data to comment 🙃 Also don't know how it is managed after check out, if you want to leave your luggage for some time at hotel whether there is a locker room, how can you enter to hotel when you come back etc...
