Service: Warm reception at the front desk. Arrived at the hotel early. Upgraded to a better room for 5 euros and checked in immediately.
Environment: In the pedestrian street of the old city. There are many shops downstairs. There is everything you need.
Sanitation: Very good.

Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. It is (not yet) possible to book HP or AI, but that is not necessary with about 100 breakfast and dinner bar/restaurants around the hotel..

Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen findet sich dieses erst vor Kurzem eröffnete Hotel. Service/Check-In war gut und unkompliziert. Zimmer entsprechend neu mit angenehmer, etwas dunkler Optik. Gute Klimaanlage mit der Möglichkeit auch normale Temperaturen einzustellen und nicht nur Modus „Gefrierfach“. Badezimmer funktionell, Dusche gut regulierbar inkl. Regenduschfunktion. Wen es stört: Toilette und Dusche sind „nur“ mit Milchglas vom Zimmer abgeschirmt. Geräuschpegel erwartungsgemäß etwas höher (Altstadt), aber letztlich nicht dramatisch.
