The apartment is modern and the beds were comfortable, but the location isn't great, although we didn't have any problems. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a bed and bowls for the dog.

The services they offer are very good EXCEPT the sofa beds DO NOT allow you to rest since their structure of pipes together with the thin mattress makes resting torturous. We have requested a solution. The response was to change rooms, charging 400 euros for two nights for 4 adult women. It was a disappointment.

Lo único que con el viento que azotó Bilbao con la presión se descompenso para cerrarla del todo la ventana. Notifique a la Recepción online pero como era fin de semana me imagino que ya hoy la deben haber arreglado. El edificio es súper moderno, limpio y central con los autobuses que transitan en el entorno. A pie en minutos estaba en el Casco Viejo.

Net ruim appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen voor een scherpe prijs. Redelijk dichtbij oud gedeelte van de binnenstad. De service op afstand is zeer goed, snelle reacties op vragen en geen gezeur met sleutels, maar een code. Perfect
