check in is on line for door code. welcome to 44 steps to carry your suitcase up, no lift. you are given code to access your room. no staff on site except for cleaning. help avalible from another hotel in group. room tidy and clean and it all worked. very well placed if you want to visit the old town of Bilbao.

For us it was a perfect solution. Central location for visiting the city, new and spotless rooms. A real hairdryer in the bathroom! A common area with fridge freezer and microwave oven. The staff, although not visible, is present and available for every need. Convenient online check-in independent of reception opening hours. Advised!

After we booked a room with a bathroom, they told us that they were going to change the hotel with a better suite room and the truth is that it was normal, in the morning there was too much unmoderated noise in the hallways, quite a few people shouting, and when we left 30 minutes Before 12 they knock on the door and 5 minutes the same, so that later I forget something and come back 30 minutes later and they didn't have the room made up because we thought it was for that reason but we thought it was something ugly if we didn't follow through. We will not return obviously but I write this as I also work in front of the public as constructive criticism, I hope they improve because the staff is friendly and they left us a room earlier than check in to “try to rest.”
