A very basic room (literally two beds and barely anythong more inside). Centrally located therefore, might get loud at night. The standard corresponding to what you would normally call a one star simplistic hotel. For very undemanding travellers, only.

Fantástico alojamiento en el centro de Bilbao donde puedes ir a pie a cualquier sitio.El personal muy amable,atento en todo momento,todo limpísimo,las colchones y almohadas muy cómodas,la única pega que pondría es que la habitación es un poco justita de espacio para 4 personas.Por lo demás todo perfecto.Y Bilbao nos ha encantado! Desde Cartagena gracias por todo!

Relación calidad/precio buena teniendo en cuenta su ubicación. La única pega que los baños son compartidos pero en nuestro caso nunca tuvimos que esperar y el hotel estaba lleno y siempre hubo agua caliente. Verónica fue un encanto, muy amable y atenta. Repetiría si tuviera oportunidad de volver.

Estuve alojada dos noches en este hostel. La TV no funcionaba y no me solucionaron la incidencia la misma noche, sino al día siguiente cuando me cambiaron el mando. No me limpiaron la habitación durante la estancia. La habitación no tenía ventilación efectiva porque la finca está en obras y abrir la ventana era garantizarse polvo de obra en el interior. Ruidosa hasta las 2 de la madrugada por bares en la calle. Los baños limpios, pero ocupados en horas punta (primera hora del día y previo a la cena). Calidad del cierre de la puerta pésima, pues si no dabas portazo se quedaba abierta. El cristal del cuadro de la cabecera de la cama estaba roto y tuve que retirarlo yo para no sufrir un percance desagradable. En fin, no volveré a este hostel. Persona que me recibió a la entrada amable, lo más positivo de la estancia.

Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Muy limpio. A destacar el trato fantástico por Miren, quien nos aconsejó genial y fue súper amable!! Un buen sitio para descansar mientras visitas la ciudad de Bilbao.
