An old five-star hotel. The old boy at the door has a five-star attitude, and the young one is quite enthusiastic. The rooms facing the inner patio are very noisy. Many equipments are in the inner patio. The higher you go, the louder the sound. The soundproofing of the windows is not very good. The location is in Plaza de Mayo, which is convenient for travel. The breakfast is good.

When booking, I specially found a relatively new hotel. The subway is downstairs. The male compatriots are three subway stops to the St. Mame Stadium to watch the ball. Across the road is the British Palace Shopping Mall. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town. It is very convenient. The hotel does not have a parking lot, and the public parking lot takes more than 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and cafes around, and it is super convenient to eat.

Hotel location is amazing. Terrace bar on level 7 with views of the Guggenheim was wonderful! Going up to the bar and getting some drinks and snacks was really lovely and the staff at the bar, reception and everywhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay! Close to great restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try your best to follow a more Spanish time for lunch and dinner to feel the atmosphere and the culture. Late lunch, late dinner, snacks in between such as pintxos and vermouth at different bars around the area.

The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. There are many public transportation stations at the door, and you can also walk to many attractions and restaurants. The only thing I don't like is the design of the toilet. The bathroom door is half open, and I am worried about water overflowing. In addition, the toilet glass door cannot be opened, which will make it very hot after taking a shower. The hair dryer is placed in the drawer and cannot be moved, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Apart from these, I am generally satisfied~

Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have.

The hotel is in a good location, a 10-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum and close to the old town. The room is clean, parking is convenient (underground parking garage), and the breakfast is good. The only thing that was a bit troublesome was that after navigating to the hotel, the main entrance of the hotel was not along the street, but you had to climb the stone stairs outside the building to the 3rd floor, where the reception was (Figure 1 below). But after the front desk learned how to open the door along the street and the underground garage, it was quite convenient.

Good location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about. Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw.
