The Anmon Resort Bintan

Enjoyed our stay at ANMON. The customer service was really good and staffs were really friendly. They greeted us wherever we go and we felt welcomed. The glamping tent and toilet were really nice and comfortable.

The location is very inconvenient and too far from town to get anything we want. The tent ⛺️ facilities are old and not well maintained. Food from the restaurant is very expensive.

Resort was near the terminal. We had a pleasant stay and lots of water activities for kids as well

Sound proofing is not good. Was waken up by the inconsiderate family next door. Overall, nice experience.

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Stayed one night here so I would say it was a brief one. Wifi will connect and disconnect all the time. We feel the tours and activities from hotel is too overpriced. Good variety of choices at hotel breakfast. Other than those, everything was great.
