The main swimming pool is huge and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view. The daily Chocolate Hour was definitely a highlight for both adults and kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including a dedicated kids’ corner. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Bintan"

"Stayed for 5 days. The breakfast menu changed a bit each day; the teh tarik (pulled tea) and salak (snake fruit) were particularly good. It was quite busy during breakfast, but still orderly. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel, though it felt a bit deserted. It has a supermarket where you can buy drinks and snacks, but beware, the drinks are incredibly sweet! 😅"

"Overall, the price was quite advantageous, and the hotel offers a rich variety of activities, so you basically don't need to leave the hotel. Hotel facilities: The rooms are quite old, probably around a 3-star standard in China. Entertainment activities: Archery, shooting, horseback riding, ATV off-roading, fishing, bowling, table tennis, etc. However, all these require additional payment. A complimentary game of bowling was included with the stay, but when I went, they said it was only for one person, required extra shoe rental, and sock purchase. Adding another person would also cost extra. It felt very uneconomical, so I gave up on it. Restaurants: Prices are similar to Singapore. I went to the pool bar and the Indian restaurant, both were quite mediocre. Especially the pool bar, the service was very poor. They served food without cutlery, and it took ages to get their attention. The hotel has its own beach, and it's not crowded and very clean, which is a plus. The hotel lighting is very dim at night. If you're going out for dinner, I recommend taking the shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes; otherwise, it can be a bit spooky."

"We stayed here for a relaxing golf getaway, and the location was perfect. The hotel is situated right next to the golf course, which made it incredibly convenient. We booked a Sea View Pool Villa, and it was spacious with a beautiful ocean view. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of golf. All of the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for your warm hospitality throughout our stay. We also dined at several of the hotel's restaurants, and most of them offered delicious food and excellent service. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit dated, and some areas of the room could benefit from refurbishment and maintenance. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and were satisfied with our experience. We would happily return for another relaxing golf trip."
