"We had a very pleasant stay at Four Points Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, always helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety. We were especially touched and pleasantly surprised when the chef brought a mini cake to our table during breakfast in celebration of Mother’s Day for my mom. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our family trip even more memorable. We also really appreciated the complimentary professional photography service and the A5-sized framed photo provided in each room. Great service by Salsa! Very friendly, patient, and professional. One area that could be improved is room cleanliness. The shampoo and body wash were not properly refilled, and only a very small amount was available."

"We absolutely loved our three-night stay at the Indigo Bintan! Every morning, breakfast at SugarBeats was something to look forward to, especially because they actually serve delicious steak! The salmon, various breads, yogurts, and fruits were all fantastic. The kids' club, water park, family entertainment center, and spa are all conveniently located next door at the Holiday Inn. You can get there by taking the hotel's buggies, riding a free bicycle, or even just walking, as it's not far. The hotel offers complimentary ferry terminal transfers and a free shuttle to the nearby Plaza Lagoi. All the staff greeted us with smiles and provided excellent service. A big thank you to Manager Dian and Ria from the kids' club. We had a very satisfying stay."

"A really great hotel! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded; since it was off-season, we had the whole beach to ourselves, which was fantastic. The service was also excellent, with staff always greeting us with a smile."

"We stayed here for three days with our family and booked two Grand Deluxe rooms and one Deluxe room. The rooms were spacious, each equipped with a sofa bed, which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, surrounded by Lagoi Plaza, a lake, and a beach, and it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Treasure Bay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that there was porridge suitable for babies. The only issue we encountered was the restroom sliding door, which tended to get stuck easily, but the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Additionally, there is a free playground and a swimming pool on the 7th floor with a beautiful view—we really loved it. Overall, it was an awesome family getaway"

"Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. "We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend. Their hospitality was amazing. They’ve upgraded our room and decorated it for the occasion. They’ll provide us with all the info they have and try to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They will frequently check in with us on the food quality and how is the stay etc. We really appreciate their hospitality and services provided. There is quite a fair bit of food choices available at Port 19 (local and western). The food we have ordered are good and delicious. Despite the resort is at its soft opening, there is quite a fair bit of activities that you can do here. For example, there are pools, gym, fitness studio for yoga, bicycle riding, pool table, darts, kids' activities rooms and outdoor playgrounds. There will be more facilities opening up soon like the spa and beach clubhouse in the coming months."

"I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again."

"On the first day, I got a room with bed bugs on the mattress. I initially thought they were just from the pillows, so I removed them (slept without a pillow) because I saw a few on the pillows and the mattress where the pillows were. On the second day, when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon to rest, the bugs had spread all over the mattress. I called hotel staff to check, and luckily, they immediately changed my room to a bigger and, of course, clean one! 👍🏻 Thanks a lot to the hotel management! 🙏🏻 Finally got a good night's sleep on the second night."

"Has some questions after booking, staff responded fast via email, shuttle bus service to and from BBT ferry terminal were taken care off nicely. Decided to book a 2 nights private tent in order to enjoy some quiet moment after reading some review via klook and trips regards to noise pollution from neighboring tent. Glad that we don’t have much noisy neighbors and not full house but the maintenance and housekeeping staff chat sessions can be hear clearly from the inside of our tent, especially when they’re outside the compound, as early as before 8am and as late as 7:45pm, still hearing their voice. At last we can’t stand and feedback on the 3rd day of our stay via WhatsApp’s, to request housekeeping/maintenance staff to lower down their volume, and finally we have a peaceful morning nap before check out on day 3."

"lovely place to getaway and just unwind in your own private space! complimentary pick-up/drop-off from BBT ferry terminal is provided so do drop them a whatsapp message to have it arranged. place is walking distance to Plaza Lagoi which has some food spots, a gelato place, mini mart, and a nice li’l souvenir spot called Cinderamata. picked up a few things there. there’s also an atm (BNI) to withdraw cash without incurring atm fee. also walking distance to the beach. breakfast is also provided daily. bear in mind that if you have rowdy inconsiderate neighbours who makes noise throughout the night, it spoils the experience cause you can’t sleep. encountering insects/wildlife is expected but nothing to be majorly afraid of. overall enjoyed my time there and would return again."
