Kleine moderne Appartementanlage in ruhiger, dennoch zentraler Lage. Strand, Zentrum und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Mein Appartement hatte 2 Balkone, von denen man ins Grüne schaute. Der Strand und Promenade sind zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar.

Gefallen hat: - die ruhige aber zentrale Lage - Größe des Appartements - gemütliche Wand- u. Raumgestaltung - Parkplatz - Fahrstuhl Nicht gefallen hat: - fehlende Ausstattung wie z.Bsp. Kochlöffel, Kochlappen, Eierlöffel, Kuchengabeln, Schuhregal bzw. Schuhabtropfschale (gerade bei regnerischem Wetter - zum Teil beschädigte oder sehr abgenutzte Ausstattung wie z. Bsp. Messerblock (Messer zum Teil verrostet und verbogen), Geschirrtuch (total zerlöchert) - Anzahl und Qualität der Handtücher könnte erhöht werden - Rost im Backofen sehr unsauber, leider kein Backpapier gefunden… hier mag man sich seine Brötchen nicht aufbacken… - Rauchmelder in der Nacht von der Decke gefallen - Schmutzfangläufer im Eingangsbereich wurde 5 Tage nicht gereinigt… (Ostseesand bei regnerischem Wetter) Fazit: Es sind für meinen Geschmack zu viele „nicht gefallen“ Punkte um eine bessere Rezession abgeben zu können. Der Preis in Höhe von 164 € / pro Nacht + 65 € Endreinigung ließ besseres erwarten.
