"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town. I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. The bed is super comfortable as well."

"Great leisure in BinzHotel - very recommendable We were back in BinzHotel and have been able to spend a wonderful holiday. The greatly furnished and very clean rooms always surprise positive. The hotel is super accessible in traffic and is located near the mini-train station from the “Rasenden Roland”. The beach is a kilometre walk away or is available free of charge by the bus, through the shortcut card. The whole team is friendly, hearty and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with a rich choice. The perfect start in the day."

"We stayed at the Rugard Thermal Strandhotel for a short trip and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure, and we were able to completely switch off from everyday life. The hotel boasts a fantastic location directly on the beach promenade, which is just perfect for wonderful walks along the Baltic Sea. Our room was cozy, very clean, and offered exactly the comfort you'd want for a short getaway. We were not disappointed with the culinary offerings either – the food was delicious, and the staff throughout the entire hotel were consistently friendly and accommodating. Conclusion: A thoroughly successful stay. If you're looking for a great hotel for a relaxing short break, this is the place to be. We would love to come back again!"

"We had to cancel because of unforeseeable disease. We did that 1,5 weeks before the date of the trip. There was no partial reimbursement, not even the breakfast costs. No more answers were given to demand. I find very unflexible and not service-oriented"

"There were some issues with the booking upon arrival, but these were resolved without any problems. Unfortunately, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We also didn't receive any toilet paper refills or have the trash emptied. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. The food was varied and plentiful."

"A funny experience. The KdF history of the buildings was an interesting backstory for me. But it was all very expensive. I paid £200 for the room plus there are a ton of additional charges: parking 20 euro per day; use of pool and sauna? 10 euros; tourist tax.. Given the cost of the room the additional charges seemed greedy. Room and breakfast were ok but the poor quality towels and lack of daily cleaning seemed another cheap shortcut. Helpful front desk but nobody on duty until late afternoon. Next time I’d stay in nearby Binz."

"From the booking, through the online check-in, to the arrival and the particularly friendly reception at the reception, everything was perfect. After a thorough explanation including the hotel tour it went to the room (castel-making). A room that is furnished with love for detail and invites to enjoy. Breakfast buffet is well equipped and the staff supernice. Whoever wants to experience something else is right there. From the cinema evening to the fire of the camp, it was just a good thing. We'd like to come back."
