Some black mark on the towel. Hair dryer is not working well and there is no telephone for you to contact the room service.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel and sally and afua greeted us with a warm welcoming helped us out with where to go when we asked for directions. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and definitely recommend sally and afua can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for making our stay lovely.

Sally and Afua extremely helpful and lovely members of staff! Needed help with something and they both helped! Recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking to stay anywhere in Birmingham! Central location also and lots to do around here

Worst premier in worst stay. Filthy room and no refreshments especially as I booked premier inn plus. Worst hotel. Other premier inn stays in past were alot better. Is it just this hotel? Or has premier inn lost its service standards and cleanliness.

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end, we stayed 2 nights. We were greeted by friendly, amazing staff who could not do more for us at every ask especially Terri & Afua. Rooms were spotless, extra pillows which is rare at other hotels & a short walk to all restaurants & shops. Will definitely be going again next month.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. It has brilliant accessibility into the Bullring shopping centre, into the heart of Birmingham and entertainment. The staff are friendly, talkative and the food is superb. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We have had a disappointing stay at the Birmingham City, Exchange Square on 17 April 2025. We were in Premier Plus room No. 1102. It was a disaster from the start to the finish. The bedside lamp had a bulb missing. I reproted this and a receptionist came with a buld and fixed it. Then there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine. When I asked for these I was told that they did not have any. The final disasterous experience was in the morning when we went to have a shower. The soap dispensers were empty! We have always valued our stays at Premier Inn but this is a second bad experience we have had.

Booking was easy, checking in was simple, the room was spacious and comfortable and the food was excellent. Access to the Hotel, and it's location, were ideal for our needs, I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly with regard to shops and bars, and the Bullring of course.
