Absolutely good staff & forgot my mobile charger whereby receptionist Susan took the time & trouble to find me a charger & looked after my mobile until fully charged! Susan super friendly & cheerful & nothing was too much trouble for her. Very comfortable nights sleep & full breakfast excellent. Bar to have a few drinks before retiring to bed.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. You get what you pay for and it is by no means luxury but the room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The room was quite a way from reception, along corridors etc but wasn't a problem as we only had an overnight bag. I saw the menu on the reception desk, but we had already eaten. The prices looked extremely reasonable.

it's one of the oldest English-format houses. lots of ups and downs through narrow passages and easy to get lost in the house. was a cool experience to stay there. Parking is available for guests on the premises. Breakfast will finish on time as in most UK hotels.

2 nights stay. Visiting my son. Very nice staff in all areas. I slept really well. Nice quiet room. Lovely breakfast. I will definitely stay again. It has everything you need for a short stay... I would recommend it. In general... It's 3 stars and priced to reflect it.

Poor hotel, very second grade, the manager here had a very poor attitude and was totally unhelpful. I’d never stay again. Another occasion I even asked to use the toilet while I was charging my car and was flatly denied as that occasion I wasn’t staying in a room. Won’t consider it again
