Friendly staff and a great location that is near Aldi. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We had a great first impression of Spanish hospitality! Thank you!

I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section . Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned. Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa. It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it! Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

Hotel with charm, surrounded by a P&P golf course. The spacious rooms, the only one but it is that I was fighting with mosquitoes and that warm water in the morning is hard to appear ...but there is quiet and comfort. There is free parking and airport access is within 5 minutes.

Loved this hotel. Staff were very friendly and were very good to help me with a lost phone in a taxi. Rooms are good and had food once at the hotel, which was very nice. It is in a good location and near all business and tourist attractions.
