The apartment is in a great locate and is really nicely designed and furnished. However, there were frustrations with our stay. On the first morning there was no hot water, which as we attempted to get ready for our event was very disappointing. This was rectified by day 2, remotely. Then the very large TV in the lounge did not work, we reported this too and informed it would be sorted after we had left. I notice from other reviews that TV problems recur frequently.

its a lovely clean apartment with all mod cons in a great location close to the tower and all amenities,already rebooked for next year.Car parking safe and handy right next door at the winter gardens.

These apartments looked too good to be true on the website. BUT THEY ARE SUPURB!!!! We ran around exploring all the rooms like little kids. They are just like you see in the photos. We had apartment 3, its huge! 2 rooftop terrace's with views of the Tower and the sea and for miles all around. The High Street is on your doorstep with all the shops you could want and need. Inside is so spacious, decorated beautifully and modern. fully equipped kitchen, loads of plush towels, iron, ironing board, plenty of coat hangers, hairdryer, shower gels, tea, coffee biscuits etc., loads of storage space, fully carpeted, bed linen and pillows were perfect, big smart flat screen tv in lounge and one in the top floor bedroom, furnished very modern and comfortable, lots of windows and mirrors. Plenty of plug sockets. You are sent a key code the night before arriving so you do not need to carry keys. Right on the doorstep of 2 stunning theatres and the Tower just down the road. Not a problem for us but keep in mind there are quite a few stairs (not steep) in the apartments. There is a pay and display car park behind, cost £40 for 5 days but really worth it, its so close. Its the best stay we have ever had in Blackpool and now we have found these apartments we will not stay anywhere else!! Thank you Mode for an amazing stay, we did not want to leave!

Fantastic spacious apartment , great value and great location..... Booked for next year already. Flat 2 had en suite bathroom great lounge area overlooking main square on Church Street,large kitchen with all white goods .

Quiet, clean, nicely furnished , nice linen, kitchen well kitted out. Brilliant location. Very clear check in and check out. Furniture very nice, beds very comfortable, easy to control heating ..could turn the thermostat down easily.

First impression ideal location for Winter gardens and family holiday or pubs and restaurants. Easy communication on check in and excellent quick response for any help needed. Bigger and more beautiful than pictures show. Real wow factor with gorgeous decor. Nice suprise with having a roof terrace.Apartment no 3. Very Clean with quality thick towels and bedding.Had a lovely sleep. With it being so central there will be some noise but no noise from other apartment guests heard. Almost perfect.Temp of apartment took a while to warm up with it being winter and a large apartment we understood. Would benefit a curtain to roof terrace door to keep that hall way and stairway warmer. Couldn't find any mugs only small espresso size cups. More care and detail to radiator fixings and ensuite shower filter. Radiator sorted by a lovely guy and came asap.Would definitely stay again. Beautiful apartments
