All staff reception and restaurant went out of their way to make our stay a good one everything that we asked for we got nothing was any trouble premier are lucky to have great staff they made our stay enjoyable I used to go with my late husband but sadly he died from the virus and it was difficult for me to return back the staff looked well after us I went with my friend I've been to this lodge many times and have booked again for September I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else

Great service and a nice room. Excellent service in the restaurant thanks to Molly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Easy car parking and friendly service from the reception desk. We will be going back again soon.

Good location good to explore Blackpool . room was very clean and spacious, Staff very helpful, had good local knowledge of the area and advise where to go and how to get there. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good and all staff were accommodating!

Been coming here for over 10 years on short stays to see family. Rooms are clean efficient check in good choice of breakfast options and as always Sandra in the restaurant is efficient and friendly and gives good customer service will be back again next year.

Stayed here many time and it has always been Clean and Welcoming. Check in is smooth but do remember to enter your car registration in the tablet so you do not get a parking fine. I used the restaurant attached to the hotel and breakfast is very good with a large choice and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Had an issue with my booking when I arrived, but Richard at the front desk was amazing. He handled it quickly, stayed friendly the whole time, and made sure everything was sorted. Great service like his really makes a difference—thank you, Richard!

I stayed here with my family and from started to finish we were made very welcome. Especially from a lady called Emily. My son is autistic and doesn't like new places, Emily was very supportive and you could tell she is a mother. Slept well the beds were very comfortable and an enjoyable breakfast. Staff were polite and welcoming but Emily stood out and looked after us.

All perfect no issues whatsoever, Staff friendly and helpful, Room clean, bed comfortable, bath and shower were great bathroom great, nice and quiet at night and in day, plenty of tea and coffee and more left in reception if need. Can't fault anything.
