"Cannot fault this hotel, 10/10! The only fault is with the booking with 'trip' as i needed to cancel due to an emergency and reschedule and 'trip' didn't allow this after multiple attempts. Would have even been happy with a credit note to use later but no flexibility, even with sufficient notice. Very disappointed. It's unlikely I will be using trip for my bookings again after this experience."

Our room was fairly spacious with a large bed, some wear and tear in the room, bathroom light switch was sort of loose and window external was filthy, window ledge (wood) in poor nick. Evening meals, good choices available and pricing was reasonable, overall we would return to this hotel and I would recommend it to friends and family."

"Everything is good except the bed sheet, it kept slipping off after sleeping in.  It's a flat sheet too small to tie down on the edge and corners.  We asked the staff for help and we tried to do it ourselves but it was not fixable because the flat sheet is just too small to secure the bed coverage.  The staff members are super friendly and they do try their best to help you.  The spa in the hotel is also great.  Overall the experience is beyond expectations.  The location is also great and safe.  "

"The location of the hotel was perfect for pleasure beach and only a short walk to pubs and food places. We got a warm welcome from the lovely young guy with the cool nail varnish and also a very friendly check out from the lovely italian guy. The hotel and the room were very clean and the toiletries in the room were very lovely. Reccommemd this hotel 100 percent and would stay here again on my next Blackpool visit. I was also very impressed that i got my 100gbp deposit back on my account in less than four hours, Thank you."

"Wow!! What a venue, fantastic place, incredible people, and all round immaculate experience. From checking in to checking out, the best premier inn we have stayed at. Parking for disabled was brilliant, access to the property with a manual wheelchair, second to none, staff, and we mean everyone, the Nicest people you could wish to meet. Accessible room, wonderful, great bed, great lowered bathroom, storage for clothing very good, tea and coffee and kettle provided. Fantastic view of the green. Brilliant fan provided which was Great in a Heatwave. And a fantastic tv mounted on the wall. Social restaurant was brilliant. Bit of a walk to south pier, but at 70 and pushing my wife in a manual wheelchair, the route once explained by Karl, was easy, and once there, the trams were excellent. We will be returning to this venue again and again, we'll done EVERYONE AT THE PREMIER INN BLACKPOOL BEACH, and thank you one and all for a Great Stay."
