The room was clean . The room was modern but as far as it goes . The manager was not very customer service adequate. He was quite ignorant trying to ask him questions was hard work especially if he was on his phone . We expected the room to be cleaned daily ..but no . Asking for more tea or coffee because we hadn't had the room cleaned was luke asking for gold dust . 3 of each was all you get.

We got a ‘family’ room which was tiny and at the back of the building so a view over a car park. The ‘double bed’ was a large single and we got a shocking nights sleep. It’s was literally a small room with a bunk bed and a large single in it. For £98 with no breakfast I shouldn’t have been surprised. Parking is shocking and not free.

Dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Layers of dust all over everything. There was also dirty water and hair left in the shower off whoever had the room last. Walls are so thin you can hear next doors every word. The bar area is nice, and the location is great but other than that I couldn’t find any good points, and wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed here at the weekend, after seeing a couple bad reviews was worried about what we would be welcomed to however there was nothing to worry about at all. We were checked in immediately by a friendly man, room was great two double beds and a set of bunk beds. Room was clean as well as bedding, bathroom was lovely very modern and again clean! No complaints at all for the stay, would definitely be back and it was a fab price!!

Went away to Blackpool for a few days and found this gem, really good price for 2 nights and the room were immaculate! Have everything you needed in the room, including iron, kettle, hair dryer etc. have a lovely lounge area with bifold doors overlooking the sea and a fully stacked bar. The man there was lovely and really looked after us.

The only issue with my stay was the beds weren't comfy. We stayed in room 10 with a sea view. The hotel is really nice and the room was nice a clean bathroom looks quite stylish other than the shower door coming off the runner needed to be put back on after use.
