It is obvious that the hotel is one of the most oldest in the region but the location is good and the staff's are friendly. My daughter love the pool and it's all fun lodging here.

This hotel is full of people on benefits living in , there was no running water in the bath just a few drops coming out of the tap quite disgraceful to be fair. only 1 large towel provided in a double room with also a single bed in what i never requested. the staff at the front desk looked ********, there was no refreshments apart from a vending machine which took cash only, there was no means of changing notes into coins and who carry’s cash these days another downside, and it’s quite a distance form anywhere with amenities.

10/10 I absolutely love Norbreck Castle Hotel its my happy place after loosing both parents.. I feel so safe there... I absolutely love it thankyou .. highly recommended.. 💯👌💜

The place is old and has seen better days. Most Britannia hotels are like this, but I like the old-fashioned buildings. Our room was clean, breakfast was lovely and most staff were friendly.
The bingo should have been in the adults only bar, as there was far too much noise and human traffic.
It was great to see it busy, but not everyone was sober and respectful, so it was good to see security guards patrolling the hotel
It was disappointing that the spa pool was closed, as this was a selling point for us.

Different rooms within the Hotel this time, last rooms available, double with 2 single beds which are fine. However, these rooms need an update both visually eg. in the bathroom ceiling and the furnishings eg. the mattresses.

no bath towels in our room and the hygiene of the room and bathroom was critical...so dirty hotel... The whole hotel, from the lobby to the room, there was rubbish everywhere...disappeared...in the corridors shouting, running and no one cares what time is it!..... The bed was so strange and not comfortable I will say that our ribs and back hurt from the springs of the mattress...I will definitely not go back again!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean after reading some reviews.
Overall, the hotel is clean in some areas in need of some tlc and updating.
