Very poor place dirty room, scaffolding up outside our room couldn't even open our window, ladders left up the scaffolding all weekend very dangerous, room dirty paint peeling off walls curtain fell down due to cheap tacky curtain rails, my son left some of his money in the room emailed and rang the property to see if they could transfer it but they seem to be uncontactable, shower curtain was too small so the floor was always wet and slippy, still not received our deposit back with no explanation. £465 for 4 nights and no breakfast options or parking very noisy street. The building had a really awful smell and seemed damp in the room. Avoid

I've stayed here a few times now each time it's been faultless. First time my car had broken down so stayed here out of luck and enjoyed it so much it's now my go to Blackpool central hotel when I'm down for work. Parking is not included but quite close to the hotel. I look forward to going back every time. Myself and my partner love it there and I'm sure we'll be using this place for a long time to come. Highly, highly recommend.

My partner and 1 booked this hotel for 3 nights from 14th of August to the 17th of August . The staff on the desk seemed ok . The room was very small. The TV in the room couldn't get a signal at all with it . The shower was to small . We pulled the bed out to allow myself to get in and out to get to the toilet as the bed was pushed right against the wall . There was old tissues down the side of the bed from godnose when and the carpet looked like it had paint stains on it also. The bed itself was the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in while staying in a hotel. The corridors and stair well are so narrow and steap. It was very handy for being near the main stretch of Blackpool . I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay in . Not the cleanest . Stayable but not the best . There is no access for anyone wheelchair bond or anyone elderly to get in and out . I wouldn't book this hotel again if we every came back to Blackpool

Never got to stay here as they cancelled my booking the night before i was due to go, They never answered any phone calls or e-mails and never helped me with a refund. Yet you could still book on their website even though they were closed. I know some other people who turned up for their booking to find the hotel was shut, they also struggled to get refunds as well

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Very close to town centre and winter garden. Had a very good sleep. Would definitely stay again.

amazing place , this is my second trip always felt homely , friendly welcoming owners always happy to help. cheap and cheerful. although stayed for a night but the most important thing about the hotel is cleanliness and fairly price for such a downtown location. surely be back soon.

Do not book this hotel, it's taking bookings but is shut and you can't get a refund. I booked through ******* for Feb 13th to 17th. even had e-mail to confirm my booking 2 days before, then an E=mail night before saying can't accomodate any bookings, Went to the hotel to find it's closed, You can't phone them or e-mail them because they are shut. Can't contact anyone for refund so reported to Bank as a scam.

its was deluxe family room for 5 , close to all location , we enjoyed our trip and host was friendly and very polite. we will be coming again and a must recommend for families. been to blackpool many hotel but this was most budget and most clean and closest.
