We arrived on Sunday 25.09. Check in is at 2 pm. We arrived at 3pm, one hour later. No one said hello, no one smiled, receptionist being busy on his phone until we got to the desk. No welcome, nothing. He just asked for passports and he said to wait 10-15 min because the room was not ready yet. We left the luggages inside, and went to grab something to eat as we were awake for more than 14 hours. Coming back after 20 min,room was still not ready. We waited for another 10 minutes, being ignored by everyone, and after I had enough, I asked him if the room is ready yet. He started speaking in turkis with another young boy and after another 10 minutes, he said the room is ready. We went to the room , only to see that it wasn't the one we paid for. We did pay for a deluxe double room. The one they gave us was standard room with no space for two people , and a balcony to step foot in. We tried to talk to the boy, but englis was less than basic. We went back to the reception and for about 20 minutes we tried to make our point. Receptionist put us on a call with a person to translate , as his English was also bad, After more than one hour of arguing, receptionist agreed to change the room. We have been moved to a different room,bigger than the first one , but still not the one we paid for. After more shouting and arguing and negotiations, we have been told that we were going to get the room we paid the next Tuesday. At that time I was exhausted and when they said the we need to wait for the second room to be ready ( another 30min) ,I asked if I can rest in the first one by the time they finish cleaning the second one. I have been shown by hand movements and rolled eyes,that I must leave the room and wait somewhere else in the hotel. We ended waiting on the roof terase in the hot sun for another 20 min. At that point , I gave up, and I started crying. I felt humiliated, ignored, miss treated, all on our own expenses. When finally the room was ready, we went back to take the luggage. I said to the receptionist " was that really necessary?".He stared at me and replied " no more room changing Tuesday!!!". " you do not like, you go!" I was just in shock ,because the only thing we asked , was the room that we paid for. We had to talk again with the person on the phone, to make sure we were still going to get the room we paid in two days. Tuesday we finally got the room we paid for. We stayed there 2 weeks. In this time, the room was cleaned twice. We had to take out the rubbish daily, in the last two days we bought toilet roll because when I requested toilet roll from the hotel staff they said " no English " After the first time they clean the room( clean is too much to say, as sand and hair was still in the shower), we had no face/ hand towels,and when we requested , they said " no acces to it". So we stayed one week without them. The balcony/terrace was never been cleaned in 2 weeks time. I have never met such rude people in my all li
